Dirty Strength Training

In order to get strong, you must first get dirty! Join Pawel in this strength training you can do at home at your convenience. The only tools you need is your body, some floor space, a punching bag and a dumbbell (or kettlebell).
In this workout Pawel is showing you ways to improve your overall strength featuring some of the hard-core exercises with your own body weight: double crunches and one-hand push-ups.
