Drink More Water!

Most people are dehydrated most of the time, but they don't realise it. If you're serious about losing weight, gaining muscle or getting stronger make sure to drink at least 3,8 litres (~1 gallon) of water a day. Drink more on hot days to compensate perspiration. Drinking more water will get you increase in strength, remove toxic waste from the body and speed up your metabolism by 10%.
