In order to burn fat your body needs two things: oxygen and water. Therefore, the easiest and quickest way for you to burn fat faster, is to increase the amount of oxygen you breathe in and the amount of water you drink.
Drink at least 3,5 - 4 litres (~1 gallon) of water a day and breathe deeply while you're working out (avoid hyperventilation, though). This will make your body fat burn faster.
