Taking Creatine? Drink a lot of Water!

If you're on the creatine cycle, make sure to drink at least 3.8 litres of water (~1 gallon) per day. Otherwise creatine will have no effect on your muscles and you will even cramp. Not drinking enough water whilst on a creatine cycle can also get you kidney problems.

Change your Training and Mix it up!

If you train the same muscles over and over in the same pattern they become very efficient at it and you will hit plateau very soon. Therefore, mix up your activities to stimulate growth and strength increase. For example, if you've been doing bicep curls for the last couple of months, then it's time to do some deadlifts. You can also mix up your barbell / dumbbell training with kettlebell training which stimulates different muscle groups and requires other type of strength (functional strength).
